These olives were brought by the Romans to the Veneto region 1,000 years ago. The ancient varieties are hand-harvested along with regional heirloom olives growing alongside them. A small group of passionate farmers are working to save these unique varieties of olives from extinction. This is mini extra virgin olive oil is a fantastic small gift and great for travel. I use it for salads on the go. Some take olive oil 1 tablespoon as a health remedy. It’s so nice to have it in glass jar that is dark to keep it well preserved. The quality of Jovial Foods is top-notch. I respect and appreciate the availability of this product and so many they offer.
