The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

    Organic Einkorn Traditional Spaghetti

    This spaghetti is my favorite einkorn spaghetti. I do not eat gluten and am so glad my doctor recommended einkorn flour. These spaghetti taste just like traditional spaghetti, but are healthier, have more fiber and more protein.

    My family loves Organic Einkorn Spaghetti

    Our family loves the taste and texture, and we don’t miss the traditional pasta, we also love the healthier benefits that this pasta provide provides our family. I always stock up. The only thing is I wish that more stores carried your iron corn and or Sourdough pasta.

    Einkorn noodles- delicious

    I love all their flavors of noodles but these maybe my favorite and better price than most. Cook up perfectly, with the no pre boiling method.
