Refund policy

Jovial Foods is dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the condition of any of the products we have shipped or have a less-than-satisfactory shipping experience, please contact our customer service specialists within 7 days of receiving your shipment. Please inspect your entire order carefully upon receipt. 

Damaged Shipment Policy

We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally damage may occur during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of:

  • the damaged item(s)
  • the shipping box
  • all packaging materials

We are happy to replace or refund any items confirmed damaged in transit.

Please note:

  • Refunds or replacements are limited to the items damaged during shipping.
  • Undamaged items are not eligible for refund or replacement solely due to damage elsewhere in the shipment.
  • Customers should retain all items and packaging until the claim is resolved, as additional documentation may be required.

If you have concerns about the condition or safety of other items in your shipment, please contact us before disposing of any products so our team can assist appropriately.

Order Changes

Please review your cart and personal information carefully before checking out.  Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order.

Alternative Vendor Purchase Return/Replacement

Products purchased through other vendors must be returned to the original reseller for any refund or exchanges. We are unable to process returns or issue refunds for products not purchased directly through our website due to our lack of access to their sales systems and inventory. If you have questions or concerns about a product purchased from a retailer, we recommend reaching out to them directly.
