- In a medium saucepan, cook oil, onion, pepper, and taco seasoning on medium-low heat for 3 minutes.
- Add milk and water. Slowly bring to a boil, then lower the heat to a simmer.
- Stir in pasta. Cover and cook for 14 minutes.
- Turn off heat. Stir in the cheeses. Cover the pot and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

I have made this several times, and it works wonderfully! It’s so nice not having to mess with draining the pasta and make sauce in a separate pot. Thank you for making my cooking schedule a little lighter!

Any non-dairy milk of choice will work fine; nut, soy, rice are all good substitutes
