Garlicky Broccoli Rabe Pasta with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons Jovial 100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ lb cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 lb broccoli rabe, cut in 4-inch pieces
  • 8 ounce box Jovial Grain Free Cassava Fusilli
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook oil, garlic, and tomatoes on medium-low heat until the tomatoes soften but still hold their shape, about 3 minutes. Set aside.
  2. Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of salt. Add the broccoli rabe and cook for 5 minutes, until the stems are soft.
  3. Add one 8 oz. box of jovial fusilli to the boiling pot of broccoli rabe and cook for an additional 13 minutes.
  4. Drain the pasta and greens.
  5. Heat the tomato and garlic sauce on high, then add the pasta and greens and toss with the sauce, cooking for 1 minute until the pasta is coated and starts to brown.
