- In a large skillet, cook oil, garlic, and tomatoes on medium-low heat until the tomatoes soften but still hold their shape, about 3 minutes. Set aside.
- Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil with 1 tablespoon of salt. Add the broccoli rabe and cook for 5 minutes, until the stems are soft.
- Add one 8 oz. box of jovial fusilli to the boiling pot of broccoli rabe and cook for an additional 13 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and greens.
- Heat the tomato and garlic sauce on high, then add the pasta and greens and toss with the sauce, cooking for 1 minute until the pasta is coated and starts to brown.
