Gluten Free Orzo Fried “Rice”

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce box Jovial Grain Free Cassava Orzo
  • 3 tablespoons Jovial 100% Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 carrots, diced
  • ½ cup frozen peas
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 scallions
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook one 8 ounce box of jovial cassava orzo according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive and sesame oil in large skillet on medium heat for 30 seconds. Add broccoli, carrots, peas, and garlic and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the orzo and cook for 3 minutes until the pasta begins to brown and crisp.
  4. Add the scallions and soy sauce. Cook for one minute.
  5. Remove from heat and serve.
