Known for being aromatic and flavorful, Spaghetti alla Puttanesca can be whipped together with a few pantry staples and fresh herbs if you have them on hand. We made this traditional Italian recipe with our 100% organic Durum Semolina Spaghetti, but any of our spaghetti products would work. Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, parsley, capers, red pepper flakes, and oregano with salt to taste for 15 minutes.
- Add olives and cook for 5 minutes.
- Cook pasta in 4 quarts of salted, boiling water for 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1 minute until the pasta absorbs the sauce, then serve.
