Spaghetti alla Puttanesca

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp Bionaturae Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 28 oz can Bionaturae Diced Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp minced parsley
  • 2 tbsp capers, chopped
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • Salt
  • ½ cup olives
  • 1 lb Bionaturae Spaghetti

Known for being aromatic and flavorful, Spaghetti alla Puttanesca can be whipped together with a few pantry staples and fresh herbs if you have them on hand. Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook olive oil, garlic, tomatoes, parsley, capers, red pepper flakes, and oregano with salt to taste for 15 minutes.
  2. Add olives and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Cook pasta in 4 quarts of salted, boiling water for 10 minutes. Stir frequently.
  4. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet. Stir-fry for 1 minute until the pasta absorbs the sauce, then serve.
