    Excellent

    Growing up in America, I have consumed my fair share of pasta that tasted quite good but suffered from the enrichment process. The added 'nutrients' in American-based pastas have left me feeling bloated and lethargic. In contrast, after consuming jovial sourdough pasta, I felt nothing but a sense of satisfaction from consuming a quality product without the added 'nutrients' and Glyphosate . Glyphosate, a herbicide, s applied to the leaves of plants to kill both broadleaf plants and grasses. While the Environmental Protection Agency suggests Glyphosate is 'not likely' to be carcinogenic. However, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified it as "probably carcinogenic to humans". Besides cancer, glyphosate has been linked to other potential health concerns:

    Endocrine Disruption: Some studies suggest glyphosate can interfere with hormone systems, potentially affecting development and organ function.

    Nervous System Toxicity: Laboratory studies indicate glyphosate can be toxic to the nervous system, though the extent of this effect in humans is still being researched.

    Reproductive Effects: Some animal studies show glyphosate can cause reproductive damage, including disruption of hormone levels and impaired gametogenesis.

    Microbiome Impact: Glyphosate can affect the gut microbiome, potentially leading to gastrointestinal issues and other health problems.

    Long story short, I will not gamble on my health.
