    DELICIOUS!!!

    I made my other half a Lemon Supreme cake he wanted for his birthday on the 20th. I cut each layer in half giving me 4 layers. I put the first one down and layered the Bilberry over it & then sprinkled finely shredded coconut. I did this to the other 3 layers as well. It not only looked GOOD but it tastes SO GOOD!! I used 1 1/2 jars of Bilberry so I'll be back soon to order more. Never heard of it before, but very glad you have it!! All we did on our dessert plates was put a squirt of whipped cream on top.

    Yet another winner fruit spread from Italy

    These spreads are wonderful on toast. I remember finding this kind of spread in Italy and that they were delicious for their simplicity and lack of added refined sugar. You folks are great for bringing them to us in the US.
