This olive oil is top shelf. The flavor is unbeatable. I am comparing to other organic olive oils from all over the world, and I chose this one over others for the flavor and purity I can taste. Great for salads. I’ve been adding the oil to my homemade salad dressings, too. But my favorite way is to drizzle it over salad by itself and taste the pure flavor.

I love this olive oil and I love the fact that it is grown and produced in Italy by farmers who have stayed true to the old traditions. I stopped buying and consuming olive oil years ago because I don’t trust that the product is 100% olive oil. But with this oil, you know you are buying the real thing. I don’t cook with it but I do like to add a little to my salads or to finish a pasta dish. The color & taste is absolutely delicious!
