Organic Einkorn Sourdough Rosemary Crackers

I only eat einkorn flour so love having these ready to eat crackers as an alternative to home made. The added rosemary makes then great alone or with cheese or dip. The only problem is stopping myself from eating the whole box at one time!

I have learned so much about Einkorn. I haven’t been able to eat gluten in years without becoming very sick. I was introduced to Einkorn by an old friend who taught me about it. Now I’m addicted to these tasty crackers and the best part is, my blood sugar raises as normal when I eat but with the Einkorn-it drops quicker back into normal range than any other gluten free for I’ve eaten. I love these!
