The Story

We’ve partnered with a small-scale, experienced, family-owned artisan bakery in Italy to hand-craft our delicious sourdough einkorn crackers. They have been baking bread for more than 50 years and believe in the benefits of preparing food the way our ancestors did. It takes almost 24 hours to prepare one batch of crackers, but these artisan bakers truly understand the benefits of this hands-on baking process and are proud of the end results.

    Love Love Love these Crackers

    Ever since my SIL turned us on to your products these crackers have been on our list of must haves. I personally travel for my work and love having them sitting comfortably on my front seat to nibble.

    Along with the health benefits of the ingredients your many menu items are great.

    The flavor is amazing. These are healthy, organic, palm fruit is a good oil. Just the best.

    Will not eat anything less than einkorn. The original wheat, never been hybridized. Heaven sent, angel food for humans.
