We created our line of einkorn cookies because we wanted those with gluten sensitivity to be able to enjoy a sweet treat. We use organic ingredients like sustainably grown organic palm fruit oil, organic cocoa and organic einkorn grown on small, remote farms throughout Northern Italy. Our artisan bakers in Italy pay careful attention to each batch of cookies to ensure the highest quality cookies.

    One of My All Time Favorites!

    These cookies are old school in the best way possible. I grew up with Italian, and Italian American treats in the house. True Italian desserts are not overly sweet and the ingredients matter, just like these delicious cookies.

    Grab a few boxes, they won’t last long and are miles better for your little ones.

    LOVE these cookies, & love that they're made with Einkorn wheat!

    These are my go-to cookies. I love breaking them apart & snacking on them. The Einkorn wheat is not hybridized, nor treated with glyphosate like American wheat, & this is why I love buying from Jovial Foods. I trust the cookies, olive oil & other products I buy from them.
