The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

    Great texture and taste BUT too much sugar!!

    Maybe make a less sugary version with just honey or just less sugar?

    I add some to gluten-free, home-made granola, which makes them go further and reduces the sugar concentration! Delicious!

    Need a LARGER size!

    These are GREAT! The taste is the closest thing to Kellogg's Sugar Smacks that we had growing up in the 60's - a little smaller in size but made with all good ORGANIC ingredients!

    Please provide them in a larger size (servings) box and that is similar in shape to a regular cereal box - they will fit better in my cabinet.
