The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

    Buying more this time!

The kids and I all give this 5 stars. First thing they asked for was a parfait like on the cover, so that’s what we did and they gobbled them up. We love as a plain cereal with milk, too. I didn’t buy enough the first time- I only wish they came in larger boxes.

    Organic Einkorn Cereal Puffs

We have just tried this product and we will continue to order it until you cease producing it.

    It's quite enjoyable.

Do you suppose you might offer this product packaged in say 25 oz. or better 32 oz. to the box ? Just a thought,

    Better than Delish!

When I was a child, my mom would buy "puffed wheat" cereal that I loved. As we became more aware of ingredients, we stopped buying the cereal; too many ingredients you couldn't pronounce. When I first tried the Einkorn Cereal Puffs, I was taken back to my childhood. but these are so much better than I remember. These are made with only three additional organic ingredients, While the box is small, I will definitely keep buying. So good for you and great tasting.
