The Story

We love to work in Italy because our manufacturers are large enough to supply our market, but small enough to still do things the right way, even if it means the involvement of many hands. Our beans are grown on small, organic farms in the Piemonte region of Italy. They are sorted by hand before being soaked for 24 hours. Then they are rinsed with fresh water and cooked. The jars are filled with the cooked beans, water and a bit of salt is added, then the jars are sealed and sterilized. Once the beans are cooled and the jars are wiped down, the labels are applied and the product is packed up to ship.

    Quick lunch

    I love having these beans as a kitchen staple. I just put them in a skillet and sauté with chunks of a big summer garden tomato and Italian herbs. Then I spoon the sauce over brown rice. If I have it, I might put in some cooked chicken or any additional veg. Easy and satisfying for year-round meals. Thank you.

    Most flavorful beans and tomatoes

    I loved every bite. I added these beans to my fresh green eans and Wow the flavor just popped. I will be buying these beans again. I even made a flavorful wrap with these beans.

    A winner!

    I had a jar for lunch yesterday along side some tuna. They are delicious. They aren't too tomatoey, and our two year old grandchild likes this too. A win for me when I need to grab her a quick bite.

    These are Delicious!

    The biggest reason I like the Organic Italian Cannellini Beans and Tomatoes is because they are so convenient when I am running late. It's a great way to add veggies and protein to dinner when I'm short on time. Not only are they convenient, but my husband and I also think they are delicious.
