I love the authenticity and craftsmanship of this linen couche, doesn't stick and the baked loaves look beautiful and taste so delicious. Will be purchasing another very soon.

Lovelier in person than expected, it has a great weight and feel. It's a higher quality than others I've purchased online. I made my first einkorn sourdough bread and this made handling the sticky dough much easier.

Living with hashimotos and fighting insulin resistance and having to give up grain is unimaginably difficult. Your products make the transition much easier. Thank you for your great products. Your a lifesaver...

Ordered, washed as instructed, and baked my first sourdough boule using it to line my colander the other day. Worked just as it did in the videos! My bread turned out beautiful and very tasty! Very pleased with my purchase.

Bought this a couple of years ago to prep for my new adventure of cooking with Einkorn as well as beginning to learn how to make other sour dough recipes. Not sure it is right for me. Having trouble with the stiffness of the couche. Unable to make it flexible enough to use in proofing my dough. I did flour it well, but the dough still stuck like crazy.
