      The tool I never knew I needed

      Up until now, I hadn't used a dough scraper. Now I can't live without it! This makes it SO much easier to transfer dough from the mixing bowl and it gets as much as possible...so way less waste! I also use it to make it easier to turn the dough when making sourdough bread. It's a simple tool but it makes life so much easier!

      I plan to make my first loaf of sourdough bread this week. It looks like it will be very helpful in scooping the dough off of the counter.
