      I love the sleek design of the baking scale. I also bought the kneading tool and the linen couche, both high quality and well made. The linen is untreated and undyed which is important to me.

      I had a scale but decided to get this one and I'm so glad I did. The touch screen is incredible. You barely touch it and it responds. It's extremely easy to use and the screen is very large and easy to read. I'm not happy it's made in China but the quality of this product seems to be really good, something to expect from Jovial Foods. I'm very happy with this purchase and despite me not wanting to buy China products anymore, I would recommend this product. It's a quality built scale that I have enjoyed using so much better than the other scale I had.
