What's not to love? It's organic, it's packed in glass instead of metal cans, and the flavor is fantastic. I've mixed it with finely-minced garlic and some herbs and used it as pizza sauce (probably best to dilute it a tiny bit with water or broth), used it in soups, used it in homemade pasta sauce.....the ways this can be used are too many to list. It adds great tomato flavor to everything.

I use this to thicken my homemade tomato sauce. I love that it's organic and from Italy: a country that takes its foods much more seriously than here in the States. You can take the difference in how rich it is.
