Bionaturae strained tomatoes are the tastiest organic tomatoes. I only buy organic tomatoes since they are on the dirty dozen list (foods that have the most pesticides on them).

I use the strained tomatoes to make pasta sauce, salsa, sugar free ketchup, and soup. I like the glass bottle since I can store what I don't use by just putting the jar in the fridge. Although, it is hard to get every drop out since the mouth opening is narrow.

When I use it for salsa I just use it straight out of the jar add some celtic sea salt, garlic, and tons of dried cilantro.

The canned or crushed organic tomatoes can be added to the pasta sauce: one strained and one can of chopped or crushed. It makes for a thicker sauce.

The canned or crushed organic tomatoes can be used without the strained tomatoes for salsa straight out of the can for a chunkier salsa.
