Organic Gluten Free Rice & Lentil Penne Rigate

As someone who is allergic to wheat, as much as I loved pasta, it was always a compromise because even good GF pasta just wasn’t the same. This line of GF pasta is the first time I feel like I’m not missing out on “regular” pasta. Moreover, the bronze die makes it BETTER than the “regular” pasta most people are used to, it makes it like how pasta should be, where it picks up and holds onto the sauce. I used to boil it without salt, but boiling it with course Celtic sea salt (never tried regular course sea salt) makes that last aspect even better and really enhances the texture and flavor of the pasta to where it quite honestly is hard to stop eating when it’s plain and while you’re preparing the sauce.

It also, very importantly, meets my strict criteria for clean, real, and organic ingredients even down to where the ingredients are grown. Truly the best.
