I am not gluten free but I have family members that are and this is by far our favorite GF pasta! Thank you for providing such a delicious option.

I purchased this on a recommendation from a friend. As someone with several food allergies/sensitivities, I'm always enthusiastic about trying some good substitutes. The box label ingredients did not mention soy as an ingredient and I have a strong soy sensitivity. I had a pretty bad GI reaction to the pasta and only after the fact, I noticed that this same box of pasta on Amazon lists soy as an ingredient! I am concerned that Bionaturae has left out an important allergen, so be careful if you have a sensitivity to soy-based ingredients.
