The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

    Great flavor

    Love this healthy version of spaghetti. I can't get WW Einkorn spaghetti locally. This is a good price, and shipping is fast and everything is packed so well.

    GR8 Addition to my pantry

    Was a little leary because some people claimed the noodles broke down after cooking. Mine were perfect. I broke them in half before cooking. No problems
