The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

    my whole family love every kind of einkorn pasta, but I would prefer to buy whole grain variety so here I found the whole wheat einkorn , what else we need, easy on stomach and kids love it so much.
