Organic Einkorn Whole Wheat Penne

I saw videos on best and worst pastas and the Bertolli I had in the pantry was one of the worst. Jovial was rated the best! I totally agree with that and have been buying several varieties for quite some time. I had 3 boxes of those Bertolli Elbows in my pantry and I threw them all in the trash and replaced them with this Penne!! I can use these in place of elbows all the time, no problem, good in soups, good in pasta salads, good in casseroles!

I buy this product online because it is unavailable in local food stores. I am looking for a wholegrain pasta product in packaging that is fully recyclable. The cardboard is not coated with a plastic and the small, transparent window is home-compostable!
