Our Italian varieties of beans and our hands-on cooking process produce a firm and delicious bean that is suitable for any recipe. The Story

We love to work in Italy because our manufacturers are large enough to supply our market, but small enough to still do things the right way, even if it means the involvement of many hands. Our beans are grown on small, organic farms in the Piemonte region of Italy. They are sorted by hand before being soaked for 24 hours. Then they are rinsed with fresh water and cooked. The jars are filled with the cooked beans, water and a bit of salt is added, then the jars are sealed and sterilized. Once the beans are cooled and the jars are wiped down, the labels are applied and the product is packed up to ship.

    Delicious and ready to serve!

    It's a blessing to have confidence that when you open a jar, the food will be full of flavor. I like to soak and cook my own beans, but my life gets full. These beans are the most delicious I've ever eaten. We just scoop them out of the jar and eat them in chili, with eggs, as a side dish, or just alone!

    Glass jar instead of metal can

    For a quick grab, instead of starting with dried beans, this is my favorite! We are bombarded with so many metals in the atmosphere that I really appreciate the glass jars! I've even saved some because their kinda cute! The beans are quality - just right! Thank you
