Direct from the farmer to you, this exclusive organic extra virgin olive oil is made from three ancient varieties of olives: Favarol, Grignano, and Nostrano. These olives were brought by the Romans to the Veneto region 1,000 years ago. The ancient varieties are hand-harvested along with regional heirloom olives growing alongside them. A small group of passionate farmers are working to save these unique varieties of olives from extinction. Exclusively grown in the Valpantena area and the hills above Lago di Garda, this is true authentic Italian olive oil you can trust.

The Story

To spend the day on the farm where our organic olives grow is to understand why the people in this area are so proud of their heritage. They like to be small, to do things by hand, and there are no aspirations to modernize. The people here in this region know there is nothing more important than saving these old olive trees, some dating back 1,000 years.

Jovial is definitely our favorite, with its unique flavor and hue. It pairs well with einkorn bread, pasta or anything else that calls for olive oil.

It calls it what it is.

This is good stuff. I've never been a big fan of olive oil, but I do love this one. I've used it for cooking, in bread and in salads and it works in all of them. This bottle is also big enough to last a long time. It's pricey, but worth it.

    Excellence in a Bottle

Clean, delicious olive oil. I use it with pasta, salads, and add a drizzle on soups for flavor. The larger dark glass bottle is appreciated. The local store's lesser brands---even from Italy---have switched to plastic bottles. If an olive oil company appreciates their product, they do not compromise on quality. Glass is always better for olive oil, sauce and vinegar. Thank you for caring about your product quality. It matters.
