Einkorn Cookies

We created our line of einkorn cookies because we wanted those with gluten sensitivity to be able to enjoy a sweet treat. We use organic ingredients like sustainably grown organic palm fruit oil, organic cocoa and organic einkorn grown on small, remote farms throughout Northern Italy. Our artisan bakers in Italy pay careful attention to each batch of cookies to ensure the highest quality cookies.

    I love these cookies! Only cookie made with Einkhorn, not too sweet, no unnatural ingredients and I don't have to make them myself : ) These are only way I know of to treat myself without undesirable consequences - Thank you!!

    So tasty. I love that there are no seed oils in these cookies. They are very mild tasting with chocolate and vanilla. LOVE THESE!

    I like these cookies because they are made with einkorn and not full of horrible ingredients and tons of sugar. The texture is wonderful, but they are a bit dull in flavor. My local store stopped carrying the cocoa cookies, so when I want some in a pinch I will get these checkerboard ones. I just feel they lack something, maybe some more vanilla?

    I was eager to taste these since I've not made much yet with Jovial flour. My husband LOVED these! I'll definitely have to reorder more so I can enjoy a few. ???? I'd love this recipe for them.
