    I was not happy at all with your GRAIN FREE cassava flour pasta. I cooked it at your suggested 11 minutes. I thought it was gummy and did not like the taste at all. I couldn't even it eat.

    On a positive note - I love your GLUTEN FREE brown rice pasta. I hope you continue to make the brown rice pasta. But the Cassava - NO WAY. Sorry.

    What happened?? I've been eating this cassava fusilli for over 1 1/2 years with NO PROBLEMS! New box and now the fusilli become mini fettuccine noodles and fall apart?? Still great taste but could not be more disappointed in the structure! Fix the production fault. I took pictures but there's no way to share them…all the corkscrew noodles are broken apart. Please know, I've been cooking this exact product multiple times a week since 2020 so it's not a change in my prep.

    As a celiac and diabetic of over 20 years, this pasta is one of (if not the best) the best things to ever come into the GF marketplace. Following an autoimmune protocol diet has always been especially difficult, seeing how much I love pasta, and I am ecstatic to have a cassava based option that's super delicious!
