Organic Gluten Free Brown Rice Fusilli

The taste is great! I have been buying these from my local big grocery store for a few years now. I preferred these because they held their shape and cooked up well. Unfortunately the last 3 boxes I have had the noodles don't hold together well at all. I don't know what, if anything, changed. The taste is the same, they still cook up well, but they no longer hold their shape.

After being diagnosed with an allergy to wheat I basically had given up on good pasta, especially in any shape other than spaghetti. Jovial really knocked it out of the park with the fusili, though; after my celiac friend made some for me and convinced me to buy a box, I can't see myself using any other brand. This is my favorite shape and it cooks well, my only note is that the fusili specifically is VERY easy to accidentally over-cook. You have to babysit this one if you want your noodles in one piece.
