    Lighter spaghetti & just as delicious

    Easy to work with and tastes great. Does not take as long to cook as flour based pastas. A little smaller circumference which is fine with me.

    I would give this 0 stars if possible. The worst gluten-free pasta I have ever purchased in my life. Cooked for nine minutes despite instructions saying 11 b/c it was evident that it was already becoming very gummy. Tried rinsing with ice water to no avail and had to dispose of the entire pot. Very sad.

    Delightful paleo-friendly pasta. Left overs did get a little soggy, but I can't complain about that. The pasta first night (cooked Al dente) was perfect.

    The cassava spaghetti turned out great and is such a boon on the AIP. I wish I could submit a picture of my salmon, veggies, cassava spaghetti and homemade pesto for the dish. It tasted heavenly and looked fantastic! Thanks, Jovial Foods. I hope you add even more cassava pasta shapes to your lineup.
