The Story of Jovial and Brown Rice

Several years ago, Carla approached a Tuscan pasta factory with the idea of making an organic gluten free pasta with only one ingredient, organic brown rice flour. She also asked that the pasta be pressed with traditional bronze dies, not with the Teflon dies used by today’s large pasta manufacturers. Additionally, the pasta had to be dried at low temperatures. No small feat for gluten free, but she had a hunch that jovial consumers would taste & appreciate the difference.

    I just recently bought this GF pasta and I can tell you I have never had a better pasta. I have gluten intolerance and my sister has celiac and your product is a godsend. I've tried many pastas and this one tops.them all. Now I can finally enjoy pasta again.

    Love this pasta! It cooks up to a nice texture, tastes great and the pesto I made clung to the pasta curls so well making a delicious bite!

    We love this pasta. Hands down, the best pasta and everyone that tries it outside my family loves it, too. I was finding that I needed two boxes to have enough leftovers so my kids and husband could have lunch, but the new family size is exactly what we needed! It cools up perfectly and i just follow the instructions on the box exactly.
