Organic Gluten Free Brown Rice Orzo

It took me a hot minute to learn how to cook orzo a number of hears ago. Recently, a family member was diagnosed with gluten intolerance, and I have had to adjust accordingly. Jovial gluten free orzo is wonderful. I have a signature dish of my own creation that uses orzo, and I have no issues with your gluten free version. I challenge anyone to tell the difference between orzo made with semolina wheat and orzo made with brown rice. The product is darker in color, and that is the only difference I can discern. I also recommend adhering to the cooking time clearly marked on the box. It is on the money. The only thing I wish, is the product item name be printed on the top flap and at least one side. It is far more space saving to store boxes of pasta so the side is facing the front of the cabinet. Just a thought.
