The ancient varieties are hand-harvested along with regional heirloom olives growing alongside them. A small group of passionate farmers are working to save these unique varieties of olives from extinction. Exclusively grown in the Valpantena area and the hills above Lago di Garda, this is true authentic Italian olive oil you can trust.

The Story

They like to be small, to do things by hand, and there are no aspirations to modernize. The people here in this region know there is nothing more important than saving these old olive trees, some dating back 1,000 years.

    LOVE the oil. HATE the packing.

    Your olive oils are the only olive oils I've been using for several years now. They are just excellent. However, I was so disappointed to see you are still using the styrofoam packing peanuts and plastics for shipping. There are much better alternatives that are recyclable available and I'd pay more if that was necessary.

    Hi Jeannine - our packing peanuts are not styrofoam and are 100% biodegradeable and can be composted! They readily break down in a compost bin and dissolve in water.

    Tastes yummy

    Love this olive oil. This size I take to camp so I have it to cook a nice meal for fam. I trust this company to have a great product. I buy a lot of their products. We have allergies in our family and I can trust them to keep all the allergions out of its product.

    Travel size

    Although it has been quite some time, I have purchased this small bottle before. When we spend a few weeks in Florida I like to have all the necessary ingredients for easy and nutritious cooking. Sure can’t travel with my larger bottles!
