Organic Gluten Free Vegan Mac

Bought this Mac for my son with food sensitivities but he ended up not enjoying it as much because of the cheese packet. I followed the directions on the box, and to my surprise, the cheese clumps (extremely hard to break and felt like rocks) never broke up leaving me with numerous clumps of cheese sauce that hurt to chew. I even tried breaking them up while in the packet, but thinking that the heat would make it melt some, I didn't get them all. With that said, we really wanted to like this. Not sure if it's a single box error or if that's going to be all of the boxes we purchased. Super disappointed.

I don't leave reviews but this mac and cheese is a game changer for my daughter that is severely allergic to dairy and wheat. The best vegan and wheat free mac and cheese we have found hands down. Enjoyed by the whole family including those that love a cheesy mac and cheese. Jovial noodles are already the best and adding in the vegan cheese sauce makes them even better. The sauce is a nice mild base that we love to spice it up by adding different seasonings and sometimes meat or veggies to make it a complete meal. Highly recommend for those who can't or don't eat dairy, gluten, and wheat.
