Good enough and normal enough taste to eat with just a little butter and cheese. Would definitely hold its own in a soup and not become soggy.

It can be hard to find certain pasta shapes in a gluten-free option. This Stelline is a favorite for soups and pastina dishes. It works perfectly in my Italian Penicillin and my kids love the nostalgic star shape. The texture is good and is pleasing to everyone, even those who can eat gluten.
