The Story of Jovial and Brown Rice

Several years ago, Carla approached a Tuscan pasta factory with the idea of making an organic gluten free pasta with only one ingredient, organic brown rice flour. She also asked that the pasta be pressed with traditional bronze dies, not with the Teflon dies used by today’s large pasta manufacturers. Additionally, the pasta had to be dried at low temperatures. No small feat for gluten free, but she had a hunch that jovial consumers would taste & appreciate the difference.

    I have been gluten free for a couple years and have tried all types of GF noodles but these are the best!!!! I absolutly love Jovial Products and only buy them now!!! I LOVE them!!!!

    I saw this brand at Walmart and decided to give it a shot. It's so so so so good! I'm a convert and have 3 more boxes in my cart???? My partner (not gluten free) thought it was normal pasta and was surprised to learn it's gf! Never stop making good pasta - you have a customer for life????

    This is our family's new favorite! This bowtie pasta is firm and light, perfect with mushrooms and a light pesto or an aglio e olio sauce. Perfecto!
