100% Organic Gluten Free Brown Rice Caserecce

My wife (the one with celiac in the house) says that Jovial makes her completely forget what wheat pasta felt and tasted like, because it's so good. Now we get to add interesting shapes we've never had to our rotation too! Caserecce by Jovial has a fantastic heft and chew for a rice pasta noodle. The ridges hold the perfect amount of sauce while still letting you taste the noodle underneath. They also don't fall apart like some rice pastas do if you cook them past al dente (although I still don't cook as long as package directions say...c'mon Jovial, get those dialed in!).

The Brown Rice CASERECCE Gluten Free pasta is fabulous! It has an excellent pasta flavor and texture (and surprisingly does NOT smell or taste like rice). My husband can eat wheat, yet he actually prefers this to any other pasta! It is my favorite too, and I am so delighted to have this terrific gluten-free pasta to enjoy! It cooks up to al dente perfection and keeps fully intact when cooked longer to a softer doneness. It has a wonderful mouth-feel and holds sauce well, yet never becomes bloated (it does not over-absorb sauce). Even the leftovers are wonderful when reheated, retaining a very pleasant texture (not soggy or mushy). A shelf in our pantry is now permanently dedicated to boxes of Brown Rice CASERECCE Gluten Free pasta!
