Organic Einkorn All-Purpose Flour 10 lb.
Made from nature's original wheat, einkorn has remained untouched by modern hybridization and large-scale agriculture for 12,000 years. Einkorn is fast becoming the wheat of choice for the gluten sensitive due to its very weak gluten. All Purpose is a high-extraction, lighter flour that has had 20% of the bran and germ removed after milling and will stay fresh longer. Bake beautiful bread, cakes, muffins, and cookies with Jovial's Organic Einkorn Flour—it’s much easier to work with than gluten free flour.

When I was diagnosed with Hashimotos, finding out about einkorn was such an encouraging boost to all the changes I had to make in my eating. Although frustrating to learn how to use the stickier dough, I was determined to master the new recipes and it was so worth it! I love making healthier baked goods for my grandkids who tend to not eat enough protein. “I really like your bread, Nonnie!” “Can we have those ‘panacakes’ you make?” Yummy and nutritious!!!

I always buy all purpose einkorn flour in the 10 lb. size--we use it very quickly, especially for a basic einkorn loaf of bread.

I use this flour to make my own sourdough bread every week and have made many pies, bagels, tortillas and more with it. I love that it is organic, supports small family farms, and is made with the ancient grain Einkorn, which my family finds easier to digest. The flavor is even far superior to traditional wheat. Two thumbs up!
