The Story

We’ve partnered with a small-scale, experienced, family-owned artisan bakery in Italy to hand-craft our delicious sourdough einkorn crackers. They have been baking bread for more than 50 years and believe in the benefits of preparing food the way our ancestors did. It takes almost 24 hours to prepare one batch of crackers, but these artisan bakers truly understand the benefits of this hands-on baking process and are proud of the end results.

    Love These Crackers!

    I love having these crackers on hand for when I don’t have time to make my own. They are so delicious plain or with cheese or other toppings. So glad to have an einkorn cracker with clean ingredients as an option!

    Love both Sea Salt and Rosemary. Healthy little crisps

    We feel good about eating the Einkorn sourdough crackers. They are small and are great with hummus or raw cheese. They really are delicious and we have a back up supply at all times.
