The Story

We’ve partnered with a small-scale, experienced, family-owned artisan bakery in Italy to hand-craft our delicious sourdough einkorn crackers. They have been baking bread for more than 50 years and believe in the benefits of preparing food the way our ancestors did. It takes almost 24 hours to prepare one batch of crackers, but these artisan bakers truly understand the benefits of this hands-on baking process and are proud of the end results.

    I can eat crackers again!

    Having cut out all modern wheat products 9+ years ago because of gluten sensitivity, I have so MISSED those crunchy, wheat-based snacks, like crackers and pretzels. What a happy surprised to find my body tolerates einkorn flour just fine! Even better, these are made without other inflammatory preservatives, oils, and fillers--and they taste great, too. THANK YOU SO MUCH for providing clean, healthy, and delicious alternatives to the modified and pesticide-laden wheat items on most grocery store shelves!
