The Story

We’ve partnered with a small-scale, experienced, family-owned artisan bakery in Italy to hand-craft our delicious sourdough einkorn crackers. They have been baking bread for more than 50 years and believe in the benefits of preparing food the way our ancestors did. It takes almost 24 hours to prepare one batch of crackers, but these artisan bakers truly understand the benefits of this hands-on baking process and are proud of the end results.

    Delicious and nutricious!

    These are great to snack on with butter or any spread. Good by themselves, too. The rosemary adds a wonderful flavor which is just as good for you as it tastes!

    Love these little crackers!

    My husband & I tried these for the first time, my stomachs seemed fine! Great dipped in hummus or add a little goat cheese on them. Very tasty & nice crunch. Definitely will buy again.

    Great quality and flavor

    I enjoy these very much, they don't go with everything, of course, since they have the rosemary flavor, but they are tasty by themselves and with certain other dishes, like a cheeseball.
