Einkorn Cookies

We created our line of einkorn cookies because we wanted those with gluten sensitivity to be able to enjoy a sweet treat. We use organic ingredients like sustainably grown organic palm fruit oil, organic cocoa and organic einkorn grown on small, remote farms throughout Northern Italy. Our artisan bakers in Italy pay careful attention to each batch of cookies to ensure the highest quality cookies.

    These are the most delicious cookies! The crunch is perfect the little bit of salt on top enhances the flavor. They are not too sweet. Absolutely wonderful!

    These are SO good! I got to share with my large family, but I ate them eventually all myself. Yikes! Perfect sweetness, perfect texture. I'm going to try to re-create so I can make myself.

    These are my favorite cookies! I hide them from my son, they are that good. I enjoy the crunch and sturdiness, they hold up to coffee and tea dunking. The flavor is a nice touch of chocolate without being overly sweet.

    I can treat myself without feeling awful from a sugar overload or conventional wheat woes.
