We created our line of einkorn cookies because we wanted those with gluten sensitivity to be able to enjoy a sweet treat. We use organic ingredients like sustainably grown organic palm fruit oil, organic cocoa and organic einkorn grown on small, remote farms throughout Northern Italy. Our artisan bakers in Italy pay careful attention to each batch of cookies to ensure the highest quality cookies.
