The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

    Jovial penne pasta

    My family loves all of the Jovial pastas. I really can’t pick a favorite. I ordered for myself, my daughter and my sonI ‘s family. We love making the sourdough bread and other. Breads.
