The Story

We’ve partnered with a small-scale, experienced, family-owned artisan bakery in Italy to hand-craft our delicious sourdough einkorn crackers. They have been baking bread for more than 50 years and believe in the benefits of preparing food the way our ancestors did. It takes almost 24 hours to prepare one batch of crackers, but these artisan bakers truly understand the benefits of this hands-on baking process and are proud of the end results.

A little dry
These crackers are good for our home in a pinch when I don't have time to make my own. They are a tad dry so they are best with something on top that will help with that like a jam or spread. I wouldn't eat these by themselves.
