The Story

We’ve partnered with a small-scale, experienced, family-owned artisan bakery in Italy to hand-craft our delicious sourdough einkorn crackers. They have been baking bread for more than 50 years and believe in the benefits of preparing food the way our ancestors did. It takes almost 24 hours to prepare one batch of crackers, but these artisan bakers truly understand the benefits of this hands-on baking process and are proud of the end results.

    In the past we have had the Sea Salt and the Everything crackers which are delicious. When we saw Rosemary was also an option we were excited to try these also. They are just as delicious as the others and it is great to have a healthy option for pairing with raw cheese!
