The health benefits are outstanding and in today's marginalized commercial food supply system, finding natural authentic product requires work and research. I came across Jovial at my local market and purchased a few products with satisfaction, and wandered out to their web site to find out what else they carried. Without any hesitation I purchased this three pack, of olive oil and WOW I'm impressed. Excellent flavor and the health benefits are too numerous to list in a short review.

Having enjoyed this oil previously, as soon as it was available for preorder I bought it again. I am no oil expert, but the flavor is wonderful as is the health supporting polyphenol content.

Perhaps my favorite way to enjoy it is simply to grate a bit of Parmesan Reggiano or Pecorino Romano cheese (or both at once) into it and sop it up with homemade sourdough einkorn bread. It is of course just as delicious in an unlimited number of recipes or used as a cooking oil.

I love the history behind this blend, that it's still being produced by family farms as it has been for generations and really appreciate that Jovial is making this available to consumers here in the US.
