    The best pasta

    High end authentic Italian pasta, regardless of being gluten-free or not. Usually it’s like is it good for a gluten-free pasta? In this case it’s just the best pasta I’ve ever had. And the fact that they managed to do it using whole ingredients like yellow lentils and brown rice is amazing because you actually get nutrition from the product. The bronze dye makes all the difference, I can never go back to that slippery ridiculous pasta I grew up on. And one of my new favorite things is to boil these with a heaping tsp of course Celtic gray salt, it seems to makes the pasta even more porous and amazing, I’m obsessed now and it’s the only way I make it now.

    I'm a fan of spaghetti aglio e olio (oil and garlic). You need to have plenty of boiling water and some extra oil and pasta water. It works and it's tasty.

    We really enjoyed this pasta; it held shape and bite after leaving the spaghetti to simmer on low for a while, in order to keep it warm for a late-comer to diner. I am so very happy I have discovered this brand for cooking pasta dishes.
