Organic Durum Semolina Chiocciole
I highly recommend the Chiocciole pasta. Especially when used to make the baked macaroni recipe from the Jovial website. Absolutely a favorite! Delicious!

Perfect shape for macaroni and cheese
I make homemade mac and cheese and used to find it difficult to get high quality elbows that didn't fall apart. This shape holds up and makes a perfect mac and cheese, both stove-top and then baking in the oven.
