The Story of Jovial and Einkorn

When Carla and Rodolfo had the idea of growing einkorn wheat, there was very little of this grain being cultivated worldwide, so they had to coordinate the farming themselves. Their search led us to this farm, where they had been growing ancient varieties of oats, barley, emmer, lentils, and chick peas for over thirty years. They had never planted einkorn before, and now, only a few years later, we are working together on this project in a perfect partnership committed not only to what we are growing, but how we grow it.

    This cereal is a little like granola, sweet and perfect texture cereal . I had avoided all the other wheat cereals on the market---now I don't have to restrict my cereals to oats and can enjoy an Einkorn wheat cereal.

    Refreshing!

    I remember a time that puffed wheat cereal was safe to eat. That was eons ago! But no more 😋great flavor and delicious flavor. It’s a 10!

    This stuff is fantastic, I’m hoping they’ll come out with an unsweetened version. The texture is crispy but light, very reminiscent of Sugar snaps from back in the 70s, doesn’t go soggy but it’s not as hard as granola, very easy to digest, I’m delighted with it, back to order five more boxes.
