    The Story

    It takes two pounds of fresh tomatoes to make one jar of jovial tomatoes so we need a few hundred acres for growing! We’ve partnered with several small, local, organic tomato farmers to meet that demand. Each farm is just a few acres in size, family owned, and a stone’s throw from our canning facility. This close proximity to the facility minimizes transportation time which helps maintain our tomatoes’ sweet, delicious flavor.

      I love the glass jars that preserve the tomato taste. No off taste from cans, just fresh tomatoes, even the smell when you open the jar is amazing.

      These are quality and can taste the difference in red sauce. Tastes richer and with the tomato paste it makes for a delicious pasta sauce.
